The UFC officially announced via their website that Rich Franklin will indeed be facing off against Wanderlei Silva at UFC 99 in Germany at a catchweight of 195 lbs. This will be the UFC's first foray into Germany. 

Rich Franklin recently made a move up back to the light-heavyweight division he started in UFC career in with Silva pondering a move down to the 185 lbs. weight class. They will meet in the middle at 195 lbs. in what should be a very exciting bout. No other bouts were officiall announced but it will take place at the Lanxess Arena in Germany.
