What was expected following Tim Sylvia’s victory over Assuerio Silva at Ultimate Fight Night 3, Andrei Arlovski will be giving Sylvia a rematch of their fight that was dominated by Arlovski. UFC heavyweight champion Arlovski has since defeated Justin Eilers and Paul Buentello, while Sylvia has since defeated Mike Block outside the UFC, and Tracy Telligman and Assuerio Silva in the UFC. This fight will take place on April 15th at UFC 59 "Reality Check" at the Arrowhead Pond in California. This will be the UFC’s first foray into California which is a hotbed of MMA talent.
