Dana White has made recent comments about the UFC’s desire to go to Germany and it appears Randy Couture, a man who spent time living in Germany and speaks the language, is the man they want to lead the charge. 

In a report by Bloody Elbow, Michael Rome reports that the fourth contest between the two fighters could take place at UFC 99 in the heavyweight division instead of the 205 lbs. division where their previous three fights took place.

Could this mean a permanent move to heavyweight for Liddell, who appears to have only a handful of fights left in him before he moves on?
