The UFC made it official today that Dan Henderson will be rematching Rich Franklin at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas. With their first fight a hotly contested split-decision victory for Henderson, it is unknown at this time whether the bout will be contested at middleweight or light-heavyweight.

Dan Henderson is coming off an impressive thrashing of Micheal Bisping knocking the competing TUF coach out in the second round of their recent UFC 100 bout. Franklin has been equally impressive taking a hard-fought decision from Wanderlei Silva after three rounds.

The bout will take place on September 19, at UFC 103.

The tentative card is as follows.

Mike Swick vs. Martin Kampmann

Efrain Escudero vs. Cole Miller

Josh Koscheck vs. Frank Trigg
