Ultimate FIghter season one winner and crowd favorite Forrest Griffin has fallen off the UFC 70 card that is set to take place in Manchester England on April 21st. A staff infection is the culprit and the UFC.com website states tha the UFC is currently looking into a potential replacement fighter to take on Lyoto Machida, who was the first man to defeat Rich Franklin. Griffin was coming off a loss to Keith Jardine and was looking to get on the winning track against the very tough Machida who has defeated the likes of Rich Franklin, Sam Hoger, Vernon White, BJ Penn and more.
