According to a story in the Niagara Falls Review, former UFC veteran Harold Howard has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a weapon, and more.
Howard who appeared in UFC 3 in 1994 and UFC 7 in 1995 owns a 2-2 UFC record and is credited as the first person to ever defeat the legendary Royce Gracie. The actual bout however, never took place as Gracie's corner threw in the towel before the bout began because he was so exhausted from his previous bout with Kimo Leopaldo.
