Everyone who has ever grappled or even been to a regular gym knows how dirty a typical fitness center is. People from all over the place come in and pour their sweat (and sometimes blood) all over the place. You dont know where theyve been. For all you know, they could have been swimming in a big hospital dumpster with a biohazard logo on it. They could have HIV, hepatitis, the common cold, or even those dreaded cooties. |

Walking into my apartment late, sweaty and tired from Jujitsu, I almost missed this weeks episode. Boy was I glad I didnt! In addition to another great fight, this week were treated to some trademark reality show drama. Thats right, D-R-A-M-A, drama. For the past two weeks the only real drama weve seen has been inside the cage, which Im sure is how some of the more old school viewers wish it would stay. |

However UFC 62 touched me on a deep personal level. Also, I didnt have much to do today. So, here is my post fight analysis. |

After a quick little recap of last week's episode, and the dramatic clash between Shonie and Rich, it is explained that fighters don't leave the house once they lose. This is a good thing for Rich Clementi, who receives a van ride back to the house instead of the airport. Back at the house, Team Mojo celebrates Shonie's victory. While Shonie is taking a vacation in la-la land... |

After the interesting taste left in my mouth from Ultimate Fight Night 6, I was in much need of a refreshing bit of some real down home "controlled rage." This was of course in addition to my newfound need for Amp'd Mobile, Xenergy, Crank, The Protector, and
.I think you get me. Anyway, there's been a lot of buzz surrounding the new season of The Ultimate Fighter. |
