Sengoku (World Victory Road) signs long-term deal with HDNet |

Sengoku has found its television home on HDNet as the Japanese promotion also known as World Victory Road has signed a long-term deal with HDNet that will see its entire event shown in North America for the first time ever.
"We're very happy to announce this partnership with World Victory Road and to bring the action of Sengoku to HDNet," said Andrew Simon, CEO of HDNet Fights. "This continues our commitment to deliver the best MMA in the world. No one promotion or network can match the depth and breadth of MMA broadcast on HDNet."
The first event will be World Victory Roads Seventh Battle which takes place on March 20 at the Yoyogi National Stadium Second Gymnasium and will feature the first round of a 16-man featherweight tournament.
Participants in the tournament have yet to be finalized but fighters confirmed so far include Hatsu Hioki, Masanori Kanehara, Tetsuya Yamada, Malron Sandro, Ronnie Ushiwaka, Chris Manuel, Nick Denis, and Jung Chan Sung.
