Chris Leben sat in a Clackamas County jail in northwestern Oregon for three weeks and pondered his past, present and future. Arrested on a probation violation related to a previous DUI conviction, Leben forfeited his chance to fight Michael Bisping at UFC 85 in June. As bad career moves go, few could have been worse.

The movie, a First Look Pictures sci-fi flick, also features TV star Tiffani Thiessen ("Saved by the Bell" and "Beverly Hill 90210") and Bruce Greenwood ("I, Robot" and "National Treasure: Book of Secrets").
The movie focuses on I.S.A.A.C. (Intuitive Synthetic Autonomous Assault Commando), played by Franklin, who is the first prototype of a confidential "human weapon" program who goes on the run from secret military agents.

Big John McCarthy has said so long to the Fight Network
and it doesnt sound like it was on the best of terms.
His farewell post is a heartfelt goodbye to the coworkers hell miss (including original President/CEO Mike Garrow, color commentator Mauro Ranallo and radio host/producer John Pollock), as well as...
Longtime mixed martial arts referee John McCarthy has resigned from his post as a commentator and analyst with The Fight Network amongst whisperings that the company is getting ready to collapse and many employees are leaving because of wrongdoings involving the current ownership.
McCarthy announced his departure from the network in a blog post on The Fight Networks official website this morning. His closing comments to those working above him only emulate the current rumors floated around about the organization, which has seen the likes of Brian Knapp and Loretta Hunt leave their duties on the website in order to join the ranks of Sherdog.com.
Well this is my farewell from the Fight Network, McCarthy said in his post. While I will not miss what has happened or transpired at the company, I am really going to miss some very special people that I have come to know and respect in my short time with them. To all of the higher ups that have taken over The Fight Network over the last year I only have this to say....shame on you.

The controversy from EliteXC Heat has continued to spread as F4WOnline is reporting that Ken Shamrock was also being paid by EliteXC to stand up with Kimbo Slice:For what its worth, we heard in the days leading up to the fight that Ken Shamrock was being paid to stand with him as well. Its a pretty shady way of doing business, and while its not outright working the fight it is attempting to give one man an advantage or a perceived advantage, as did didnt help Kimbo one goddamn ...
