Wed, 12-jan-05 19:55 Killing' Fields is heating up ICE events FAIRFIELD, Ohio -- Ron "Killing" Fields recently gained some attention in MMA, upsetting Chris Fontaine in an Extreme Challenge, then taking on Niko Vitale in Super Brawl. While his success is new to most fans, those following the ICE events in Ohio already knew Fields had been showing steady improvement. "He’s won like 7 of his last 10 bouts and is always tough to beat when he fights in ICE." Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the first bout at 8 p.m. for ICE 13. Garrett is coming off a close decision loss to former UFC champion Dave Menne. Also featured will be a series of 4-man tournaments in six weight divisions.
