 axter Redfern was at the KOTC November Rain weigh ins at the Aquatic Centre and everything is set to go for tomorrow at the Frank Crane Arena in Nanaimo B.C. The main event will feature Pride Veteran Travis Galbraith taking on Nick Hinchliffe. Not much is known about Hinchliffe but his opponent is well known in Canadian MMA circles. He is a Pride veteran having fought on the Pride USA event against Kazuhiro Nakamura. |

 Philadelphia's Eddie Alvarez and Minnesota's Nick "The Goat" Thompson have agreed to settle their bitter feud once and for all. The two mixed martial arts fighters will clash Saturday, November 24 as Bodog Fight presents HOOKnSHOOT at the Evansville Coliseum in Evansville, Indiana. This will mark their second meeting this year, after Thompson knocked out Alvarez last April at Bodog Fight: Clash of the Nations in St. Petersburg, Russia. |

 The California State Athletic Commission has been busy of late and Jermaine Wilson is the latest to test positive for an illegal street drug. Marijuana was found in his system and he has been suspended through February 2, 2008. He also has a fine of 500.00 dollars for his positive drug test. Wilson last competed for Total Combat on November 4, 2007 in a losing effort to Chris Cope. |

California State Athletic Commission has levied a suspension to Tate
that will run through January 24, 2008. She has also been fined $500.00

B.C and in the main event, Dean Deluca was able to squeeze a decision over Paul Tyrell
after 6 rounds of boxing. In other news Gabriel Varga was able to
outshine a game Chris Arbanas, but Gabriel’s younger brother Jacob did not
fare as well losing a close decision to Chase Ingills in a fight that
some at ringside thought he won. |
