Terry Trebilcock is a King among Kings. The leader of the world renowned King of the Cage Mixed Martial arts organization has had fighters such as Quinton Rampage Jackson, current UFC heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez, Javier Vazquez, Shonie Carter and many more spend time fighting in his organization at one time or another. He was kind enough to spend a little time out of his busy schedule to talk to us only one day after the biggest event in the history of the King of the Cage, KOTC 21 Invasion. In the interview we talk about Javier's heart, Bobby Hoffman and his friendly competition, the UFC.

UFC 41 was the introduction of a New era of UFC fighters and had a clash of old and new at the heart of the show just like the Vendetta show before. Ken Shamrock was new again but this time in the broadcast booth alongside Mike Goldman clutching the microphone in place of Jeff Osbourne, a very sultry Lisa Dergan was also on hand doing what Ryan Bennett was doing in recent UFCs with the exception of UFC Vendetta. Many things had changed since the biggest show in the UFCs history had wrapped up, some were for the better and some
well, lets just say some was for the better.

Chuck Liddell has been tearing it up in the Lightheavyweight division in the UFC for quite some time. He has taken on all comers beating challenger after challenger in the UFC and even Pride, on one occasion, patiently waiting for his shot at the Light Heavyweight Crown that Tito Ortiz currently holds. It looks like Mr. Liddell is tired of patiently waiting in the wings. MMA ringreport had a chance to talk with him and this is what he had to say.

The biggest show in the history of the KOTC was decimated by injuries In what turned out to be an injury fest as much as an MMA card. The KOTC did good job of doing what they could to fill out a card that was rapidly filling the local hospices with injury riddled fighters that would not be able to compete in the KOTC on this day. In fact almost every fight was in some way, involved in some sort of injury to a fighter. The unfortunate events inevitably took its toll on the Card.

In light of the incredible performance by Javier Vazquez at the past King of the Cage "Invasion" event against a very tough Alberto Crane, I wanted to get feedback from various Mixed Martial Arts personalities that saw the performance and were impressed with his performance. Here I have compiled quotes from various MMA personalities that range from MMA commentators, to Promoters, to MMA reporters. Everyone seemed to have a slightly different take on the situation and the outcome of the fight, but one feeling was unanimous, Javier has Heart.

The UFC ended the year with the biggest show in their history Pride built on the success of the past and everything that was old was new again,( Tank Abbot Ken Shamrock). I have compiled a list of the Top Five best list for the year 2002.

Now that we've covered the basic types of exercises involved in a beginning lifter's program, the question now comes up, "How do I put this all together to fit in with my skill training and still make progress?" I'll state right now that it is unwise to compromise your skill training by substituting less-specific work.

Riding the high of the great UFC 40 show the day before, John Lewis, John Huntington and the World Fighting Alliance were ready to jump into the fray and give their take on the MMA story with a twist. Their slogan of Where the fight club meets the Night Club was as honest and accurate a slogan you can find...
