The UFC added three newcomers into the fold at UFC Fight Night which takes place at the Omaha Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska on September 17. Dan Miller, Jason Brilz, and Mike Massenzio will make their debut’s on Sept 17 on Spike.

Jason “The Athlete” MacDonald will face off against Jason “The Punisher” Lambert as he replaces the injured Jason Day at UFC 88 on the undercard of Chuck Liddell vs. Rashad Evans.

WEC “Faber vs. Brown” has filled out it’s ranks as the WEC announced the full card of it’s next event which will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida on Sept. 10. In the main event Urijah  Faber will take Mike Brown.

UFC veteran Jason "Dooms" Day spoke to MMA Ring Report and talked about the injury that forced him out of his proposed fight with Jason Lambert, Patrick Cote vs. Anderson Silva, and his thoughts on the steroid scandals that are rearing their ugly head's in MMA.
