LIDDELL TO TAKE ON HORN AT UFC 54: BOILING POINT
Light Heavyweight Belt On The Line In Much-Anticipated Grudge Match;
Couture Looks To Bounce Back Against Van Arsdale
Las Vegas, NV--Chuck ‘The Iceman’ Liddell will look to avenge the first loss of his career and defend his UFC® light heavyweight crown in the process when he takes on challenger Jeremy Horn at UFC 54: Boiling Point this August 20th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Also on the card is a huge matchup between Randy ‘The Natural’ Couture and Mike Van Arsdale. Six additional bouts will complete the eight-fight card, which will be available LIVE on pay-per-view at 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PST, on iN Demand, DIRECTV, Dish Network, TVN, Bell ExpressVu and Viewer’s Choice Canada for a suggested retail price of $34.95.

Hughes, Winner of June 4 Tanner-Franklin Fight To Star In Hit Reality Series On Spike TV
Las Vegas, NV--UFC welterweight champion Matt Hughes has been selected to be one of the coaches for the second season of Spike TV’s hit reality series The Ultimate FighterTM, while the second coaching spot will be decided Saturday inside the OctagonTM at UFC 53: Heavy Hitters, UFC President Dana White announced today.

MONTREAL (CANADA), June 2nd, 2005 – Groupe TKO MMA would like to announce the postponement of TKO 21: COLLISION. Stephane Patry, TKO president, commented “TKO did everything in its power to provide an exciting card for its loyal fans. Unfortunately, it just did not seem to be in the cards this time. Robbie Lawler was forced to withdraw due to the same nagging elbow injury that prevented him from competing at UFC 51.
