If you felt a chill this morning as you woke up today, what you felt was hell freezing over as it is rumored the UFC has signed a last minute deal to Keep the Huntington Beach Bad Boy Tito Ortiz back in the UFC fold. In a surprise twist in the ongoing Tito Ortiz vs. Dana White saga that has rivaled the drama of the Young and the Restless, it appears both sides felt like the UFC was the best place for the former UFC posterboy.

The Ryan Jensen vs. Steve Steinbeiss bout scheduled to take place tomorrow at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee will not take place at all. According to the UFC website, the bout was called due to a “medical approval issue regarding Jensen.” Because the weigh ins have already taken place there will be no replacement fighter for Jensen, and the fight will be scrapped alltogether.

UFC Fight Night matches became official today and Martin Kampmann and Carlos Condit will lock horns in the Octagon at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tennessee. While most fighters made weight without incident, two fighters missed weight and one bout was scrapped altogether.

The WEC made official what everyone knew would happen the minute Urijah Faber lost to Mike Brown – and the rematch is set for Sacramento, California on Sunday, June 7.

BJ Penn confirmed on his own website BJ Penn.com that he will indeed be facing Kenny Florian in the main event of UFC 101 in Philadelphia on August 8. The highly anticipated match-up comes on the heels of his loss to regain the welterweight championship belt from Georges St. Pierre.

June 20th will see the finale of the Ultimate Fighter 9 and the main event will see the first ever Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Sanchez, represent TUF against the relentless Clay Guida. Guida has been on a roll of late knocking off two consecutive TUF winners felling TUF 5 winner Nate Diaz and TUF 6 winner Mac Danzig, both by decision.
